We are a studio of architects and spatial computing engineers who believe that every exceptional property deserves an equally exceptional digital presence.
We are architects — trained at the Politecnico di Milano, one of Europe's most rigorous schools of architecture and design. Our foundation is in spatial thinking, material sensitivity, and the discipline of building things that endure.
But we are not traditional real estate agents. We have no interest in listings, negotiations, or closing tactics. What we do have is an obsessive understanding of how buildings are perceived, how spaces are experienced, and how architecture can be communicated to move people.
We have been deep in the world of spatial computing — Three.js, WebXR, metaverse platforms, and the spatial web. We write the code that turns floor plans into navigable worlds. And we do it from a single codebase that runs everywhere: your phone, your laptop, a VR headset — one URL, every device.
MERGVS exists at the intersection of these two disciplines. We bring the eye of an architect and the hands of a developer to create immersive property experiences that no template, no plugin, and no generic platform can match.
The name MERGVS itself holds our philosophy. It comes from the Mergus — the diving bird that plunges beneath the surface, past the reflections and the obvious, to find what others cannot see. The word "immersive" shares this same Latin root: mergere, to dive, to submerge. We do the same with every property. We don't decorate the surface — we dive deep into its architecture, its light, its atmosphere, and we extract the hidden story that makes it extraordinary. The meaning is already there, waiting inside every home. MERGVS simply reveals it — immersively, through code and craft.

Yiğit Özen studied architecture at Istanbul Bilgi University and Politecnico di Milano, then spent nearly a decade building in spaces that didn't yet exist: virtual environments, decentralized systems, immersive browser-based worlds. He is the founder of decentralize, a spatial web design studio in Milan, and Virtually Ever After, an architectural visualization platform in Luxembourg. MERGVS is where those two disciplines converge: the spatial intuition of architecture and the technology to make any space feel real before it's inhabited. The through-line across everything he builds is the same. Space isn't just seen, it's experienced.

Deniz Agaoglu studied architecture at Istanbul Bilgi University and Politecnico di Milano, then built her career across Milan and Luxembourg working in architectural practice before founding Virtually Ever After in 2025. Her work sits at the intersection of architecture, digital design, and immersive storytelling, a background she brings directly to MERGVS. The conviction driving both is the same: exceptional spaces deserve to be felt before they are visited.
"Among 1,788 wealthy investors aged 18–35 surveyed globally, nearly half said they would spend a windfall on experiences rather than material possessions. In terms of luxury assets, real estate ranks first."
— Knight Frank Wealth Report 2025
Trained in the European tradition of architecture. We understand proportion, light, materiality, and the emotional language of space.
Building immersive web experiences. From real-time 3D rendering to spatial audio, we engineer the technology that makes virtual walkthroughs feel real.
Mobile, desktop, tablet, VR headset — our single-codebase philosophy means your property experience works everywhere, instantly, without downloads or apps.
Every frame, every transition, every camera movement is designed. We bring cinematic sensibility to digital property presentation.
With roots in Milan, Luxembourg, and Istanbul, we bring an international perspective to every project. We understand diverse markets and cultural nuances in luxury real estate.
We don't use platforms or plugins. Every experience is hand-coded, custom-designed, and built from scratch for the specific property it represents.
We are architects, developers, and storytellers. Tell us about your property and let us show you what's possible.
