Q: Does the buyer need an app or a headset?

Neither. It opens in any modern browser on a phone, tablet or laptop, and in a headset through WebXR if the buyer has one.

What people ask
before they send a plan.

01What is a 3D virtual property tour, exactly?

A 3D reconstruction of the property that opens in a web browser. The buyer moves through the rooms, looks out of the windows, reads the floor plan and sees the finishes, all from one link. It is not a set of panoramic photographs stitched together. The house exists as geometry, which is why the lighting, the video and the staging can all change.

02Do you need to visit the property or film it?

No. We work from floor plans, architectural drawings and whatever photographs already exist. That is the whole input. It also means we can start on a property that is occupied, unbuilt or on another continent.

03How is this different from Matterport?

Matterport scans a room that exists and hosts the result on its own domain with its own branding, on a monthly fee. We rebuild the property as a 3D model, design the page around that specific house, and publish it on your domain. Because it is geometry rather than a scan we can restage it, relight it and render video from it.

04Does the buyer need an app or a headset?

Neither. It opens in Safari, Chrome, Edge or Firefox on a phone, a tablet or a laptop. If the buyer happens to own a headset it works there too, through WebXR.

05How long does it take?

Four to six weeks is typical, counted from the day the plans and photographs are in. The exact date goes on the quote, and we commit to it before production starts.

06What does it cost?

Three bands: Twin at €14,000, Listing at €18,500, Flagship at €24,000. The itemised quote follows the plans, and there is no public menu of add-ons. Agents pay the same production fee as everyone else, not a percentage of the sale, unless a separate written success bonus is agreed on that mandate. Fees exclude VAT where applicable.
