Only if you ask for it. A success bonus after closing can be written into the quote for a specific mandate. It is never a substitute for the production fee and it is never the headline of the arrangement.
04What if the seller withdraws after production has started?
The first half is earned once we begin. The balance is quoted against the work already done, itemised, and you keep everything that has been produced.
05Do I have to give you exclusivity?

09How is this different from Matterport or a subscription platform?
A scan records a room that already exists and lives on their domain under their brand, for a monthly fee. We rebuild the house as a model, so the lighting, the staging and the video all come out of it, and the page sits on your domain.
10Who owns the finished experience?
It is a licensed sales tool built for one property and published on your behalf. Once the sale completes the new owner can ask us to take it offline, and that decision is theirs.
11What do you need from me to start?
Floor plans, any photographs that exist, the address and the living area. The itemised quote follows within 24 hours.
12Can I use MERGVS on several listings at once?
